Summary/Synopsis: Chrono finds she still can’t deal with Welsper leading Urd to grab the cat and tease Chrono with Welsper. As a result, Urd finds herself blasted out of the residence into the courtyard and slammed into a tree by Chrono. Belldandy encourages Chrono to remember positive memories of her childhood with the cat, which she does. Encouraged, Chrono faces Welsper and assumes a martial arts pose. The program has Welsper assume a similar pose and the two do a lengthy battle. Chrono defeats Welsper in the end, grabs the program fragment, sends it to Belldandy who then processes it and executes the completed program. All’s well that ends well.

Thoughts/Review: Urd getting pawned by Chrono was an amusing moment. In a weird way, Chrono fighting the possessed Welsper was amusing too. I guess there’s just something funny about a cat assuming martial arts poses and fighting a girl (even if said girl is a goddess and said cat is a demon). Otherwise, there’s just nothing to say because there’s lots of pretty art but nothing really to comment on. That’s the problem with filler material though.

Well, the story is wrapped up now and I’m guessing there’s one aftermath chapter before this arc is completed. While it has been nice that Fujishima-sensei has dusted off so many old characters, it is unfortunate that he has nothing to do with them other than say, “I know you’ve wanted to see ‘Character X’ and so here you go.”

Oh well, we’ll see what happens next.
